We had various trades, plumber, plasterer, decorator, carpenter, electrician to undertake a wide variety of tasks. All was very efficiently co-ordinated by Richard - keeping us informed of progress and making sensible suggestions as the work progressed. Time scales, schedules and budgets were kept to and the standard of all the tradesmen was first class. We always felt that he had a close control over the project as a whole.
